Staff was really friendly and English breakfast was very good. The bed was fine, the room was excellent and outstanding. Gorgeous views of cathedral, cosy balcony. Spent time by the pool, especially when it was fine outside. I had a restful stay and recommend this property.

Best possible location, cozy bed, cheerful staff. The staff did all they can for a FANTASTIC stay. Lots of food at breakfast, including meats, breads, bakery, fresh fruit and hardboiled eggs. Fancy hotel centrally located in the city.

Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was excellent base for exploring Bansko, enjoyed it. We had a mountain view from our room.
